We’re The Johnson’s. Husband & wife duo (+ our sweet pup, Leia) seeking adventure and on a journey to live life to the fullest. We believe our souls are uniquely connected to nature. Because of this, our goal is to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Our human instinct is not built for the typical mundane lifestyle that society has normalized.

Arizona / Utah / Nevada

The trip that started it all! Check out our plan and how we managed to see Sedona, Flagstaff, The Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam, all within one week!

Colorado

A last minute trip thanks to cheap plane tickets! For a couple that is risk averse, this crazy decision was a big deal, but SO worth it! We were able to see Rocky Mountain National Park, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, and more!

East Coast

Both alumni of Appalachian State University, we have spent our fair share of time in the Blue Ridge Mountains. In addition, we have been to Congaree National Park, Great Smokey Mountains National Park, Pisgah National Forest, and more!
